How do I update my substitute preferences? There are two ways to change your substitute preferences;

1. During checkout, tick Allow substitutes for all items box or if you would prefer to itemise, tick the Allow Substitution box under each item.

2. To change your preferences for all orders, go to: My Account > My Preferences > update your substitute settings.
I added an item to my trolley but it is not in my trolley now. What should I do? This likely occurred because you weren't logged in. Please ensure you are logged in before you add any items to your trolley.
